Background

We will be leaving exactly 1 week from today - Fathers Day, 2007. Our vehicle is a 2005 31 foot Winnibago class C Motorhome with 2 slideouts which we purchased in Florida this past December. It gets 58-60 passenger miles per gallon on the highway - substantially less in the city. At $3.59/gallon in DETROIT and $6.25/gal American in the YUKON, we've decided to measure mileage this way in order to keep our sanity.
